OUR VACATION RENTAL RATES

$1,250 Per Night
Event-hosting fees may apply; discounts available for non-profits.

Additional Fees:
Cleaning Fee ($400), plus15% Marin County tax.

Minimum Stay:
Monday-Thursday: 1 Night
Friday-Sunday: 2 Nights
Holiday weekends: 3-4 Nights

Check-In: 4pm | Check-Out: 11am 
Please inquire about early check-in / late check-out.

CANCELLATION POLICY

•100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
• 50% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
• No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
