Straus Home Ranch is located at:
22888 State Highway 1, Marshall , California
Note: There’s no cellphone coverage and GPS often gives ‘scenic’ (aka longer) routes.
Best to to print & bring these directions with you.

From Point Reyes Station:
Drive north on Highway 1 towards Tomales – we’re approx. 12-1/2 miles north of PRS.
Pass through the town of Marshall (after about 9-10 miles), and continue exactly 3 more miles.
(You’ll pass another farm on Highway – 22188 – that’s not us!) – drive another mile …
Look for our farm on the right (inland side) – at the base of our driveway is a row of mailboxes and a small white house; the main house and large red barn just up the driveway.
Note: If you reach the restaurant, Nick’s Cove, you’ve gone just a little too far! Turn back around and now we’ll be the first driveway on your left.
From Sacramento:
80 West to Highway 37
37 to Highway 101 North
EXIT: Washington Street exit
LEFT on East Washington, to go over freeway to the west
Continue through Petaluma on the same road (which is now Bodega Hwy) about 8 miles
LEFT on the Tomales Road (look for the Coast Guard Training Station signs)
Continue about 8 miles until you reach a “T” with Highway 1.
LEFT (South) on Highway 1. Tomales Bay will be on your right J
Drive 4 miles to 22888 –
When you pass Nick’s Cove Restaurant (can’t miss it), you’re almost here!
The farm is the first driveway on the left after Nick’s (about 4/10th of a mile)
As you come down a small knoll / hill, our farm comes up quick on the left (inland side). You’ll see a row of mailboxes and a small white house at the entrance to the driveway.
From San Francisco / Bay Area:
Highway 101 North to Petaluma
EXIT: Washington Street
LEFT on East Washington, to go over freeway to the west
